DalPay Internet Billing (dalpay.com) is the authorized processing gateway and payment service provider for a number of Internet merchants, including DalPay Retail (appears on your card statement as DALPAY.IS or DALPAY.IS/NAME).
Immediately after we charged your card, we sent an e-mail confirmation from robot@dalpay.com to the e-mail address used during the order process. The subject of that e-mail contains your order number, for example as shown in red:
Subject: RTA #xxxxxx.xxxxxxx <BILLING NAME> BILLING CONFIRMATION
Fraud protection and good customer practice
All credit cards that are submitted are subject to an approval/screening process that is designed to identify any prior misuse, or abuse on the part of a purchasing customer in prior use of their card over our gateway. Under our rights of freedom of association we reserve the right to decline any credit or debit card number that has been subject to any prior inquiry (retrieval/copy request), refund (chargeback), or any other claim representing an outstanding loss to DalPay Internet Billing, merchants using its payment gateway, and/or their associated suppliers.
